1. Who we are

Blue Stairway Studio Limited, trading as Crafira 創工房 ("Crafira", "we", "us" or "our"), is the developer and publisher responsible for this website and our games. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to contact@bluestairway.com.

2. Information we handle

Website

• Messages and contact details you choose to send to us by email.
• Basic technical logs produced by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, request time, browser type and requested page.

Our games

• On-device information: game settings, audio preferences, selected display name and avatar, and local gameplay records.
• Online play information: an anonymous session identifier, network information including IP address, room and match state, display name, avatar selection and gameplay actions needed to operate multiplayer features.
• Game improvement records: a randomly generated device identifier, game identifier, timestamps, game mode, rules and configuration, gameplay events, action timing and any diagnostic note you voluntarily add. These records may be uploaded to our game server to reproduce faults, balance play and improve game systems.
• Support information: information you include when contacting us, including attachments or diagnostic details you choose to provide.

The current game does not use advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs and does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location. It does not require an account, payment information or an email address to play.

3. Why we use information

We use the information described above to:

• provide local and online gameplay, matchmaking, rooms and reconnection;
• save preferences on your device;
• maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose service failures;
• reproduce bugs, evaluate game balance and improve gameplay and AI systems;
• answer support, legal and business enquiries; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose limited information to infrastructure providers that host, secure or deliver our website, email and online game services; to Apple, Google or another platform as needed to distribute the game; to professional advisers; or when required by law. Providers acting for us are expected to protect the information consistently with this policy and applicable law.

During multiplayer play, your chosen display name and avatar, room status and gameplay actions are necessarily visible to the other players in the same room. Do not use your real name or include personal information in a display name or diagnostic note if you do not want other players or us to receive it.

5. Retention

• On-device preferences and local records remain until removed by the game, cleared by you or deleted when you uninstall the game.
• Live room and session state is generally kept only while needed to operate the session. Security and operational logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
• Uploaded gameplay improvement records may be retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or aggregated unless needed longer to investigate a specific fault, protect the service or meet a legal obligation.
• Support and privacy correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months after the matter is closed, unless a longer period is legally required.

6. Your choices and requests

You may use an anonymous in-game name, change your name or avatar, clear local app data through your device settings, or uninstall the game. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with you, or object to or withdraw consent for optional processing, by emailing contact@bluestairway.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may need information such as a device or game identifier to locate records that are not connected to an account.

7. Children

Our online services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without the consent required by applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request its deletion.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted network connections where supported. No system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our games, providers or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be notified in the game or store listing where appropriate.
